Company History

The company was established by Michał Ciemiński and Andrzej Juszczyk, who have several decades of experience in working with clients from the business market within the scope of ICT systems modernization. When establishing Cloud Partners, the owners' assumption was to create a place that would accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises. They were driven by the desire to support businesses in enabling them to digitize their infrastructure, applications and data by migrating to a hybrid or public cloud. The key competence of Cloud Partners, on the other hand, has been to focus on optimizing ROI in hybrid and public cloud while maintaining efficiency, flexibility and security of resources.

Digital revolution enforces and enables transformation in businesses and their approach to data storage. Therefore, Cloud Partners supports clients in the transition to the cloud and in optimizing migration processes. The consulting and training services offered enhance the knowledge of the specialists for managing the client's cloud and are part of a major transition towards digital transformation.

Andrzej Juszczyk

Andrzej has over 20 years of experience, acquired by managing projects covering data analysis and supporting the digital transformation of enterprises. He has also worked for the financial, banking, insurance and medical sectors. His portfolio also contains consulting activities for businesses, particularly for market leaders in the power and telecommunications sectors such as Orange, T-Mobile, Play, Virgin Mobile, PGE or ABB. After hours, he's a fan of paddle and cycling. He has been "in love" with Catalonia and everything related to it for years. At Cloud Partners he is responsible for product and business development.

Michał Ciemiński
Co-founder, Board Member, Strategy & Business Development

For over 25 years Michał has worked in key positions in planning and implementing market strategies for the largest Polish telecommunications companies, including PlusGSM, Exatel, Netia, Vectra and Orange. His efforts have always resulted in increased market position and value of the areas under management. His work focuses on providing customers with measurable returns on investment from cooperation and building long-term relationships with clients. Michał is also involved in supporting startups from the new technology sector. At Cloud Partners, Michał is responsible for the company's long-term strategy and business development, including key partnerships and entering new markets.

Iwona Straus
Sales and Business Development Director

Throughout her over 20 years of career, Iwona has held management roles in sales and business development departments. She gathered her experience in the ICT sector, working for companies such as: InfoLAN, Indata Solutions, Netia or Integrity Partners. She participated in managing teams and developing sales strategies. She also built offers of IT services and products and planned marketing activities for them. Her sales teams were repeatedly awarded the title of partner of the year by e.g. Lenovo, Microsoft. Iwona has carried out the first customer migration projects in Poland and abroad based on services from, for example, Microsoft, IBM, Google. Outside work, she's a fan of design, especially from the communist era. She has been fascinated with Russia for years, as confirmed by having passed the state exam in Russian. At Cloud Partners she is responsible for business development, specifically for planning and implementing sales strategies.
